Why me
Operator experience. Builder mindset. Future-facing judgment.
I spent more than 25 years in telecom and critical infrastructure, including more than 15 years leading network engineering teams, platform decisions, major upgrades, vendor processes, and systems that had to work.
Since then, I have built working products across Bittensor investor analytics, AI agents, semantic discovery, private journaling, Solana-based resonance systems, and reflective tools.
That combination gives me a practical lens on emerging technology: ambitious enough to see what is coming, grounded enough to know what breaks.
The technical work is systems work. The human side is systems work too. I bring training in organizational coaching, which shapes how I think about pressure, attention, trust, and change inside complex systems.
